User-generated Content Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use carefully, as they apply to your submitting content to Global Admit (“AMBITARK Overseas Education LLP”) social networks, websites and other forms of media (“User-generated Websites”).

Global Admit owns and/or operates various User-generated Websites that permit users to submit, post, publish, tag or upload (“Submit”) content, which may include, but is not limited to, comments, graphics, information, photos, reviews, text, videos or any combination thereof (collectively, “Content”).

When you Submit Content to a User-generated Website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, which form a legally binding agreement between you and Global Admit. If you do not want to be bound by these Terms of Use, do not Submit Content.

In particular, but without limitation, you confirm the following:

You are granting Global Admit and its affiliates the right to use your Content on their social networks, websites and other forms of media described below, indefinitely;

You created the Content or have permission from the creator of the Content to grant the right to use the Content;

You have all necessary rights and permissions to grant the right to use the Content with respect to all individuals appearing in the Content;

derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, reproduce and transmit your Content, in part or in full, in any form, medium or distribution method, for any purpose, including without limitation, any purpose relating to the advertising, marketing, and promotion of Global Admit’s and its affiliates’ goods and services. These uses may include, but are not limited to, posting your Content on social networks or websites, transmitting your Content via emails, displaying your Content on computers or mobile devices, or reproducing your Content in print.

Any Content you Submit is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and nonproprietary. Global Admit may use any Content you Submit and reproduce it for any purpose. Specifically, Global Admit is free to use for any purposes whatsoever (including, but not limited to, the advertising, developing, manufacturing and marketing of products and services) any artwork, concepts, ideas or suggestions contained in any Content you Submit.

To request removal of your Content from Global Admit User-generated Websites, please email at hello@globaladmit.com. You must include a link to the Content you wish to have removed. Global Admit will use reasonable efforts to remove the Content within ten business days of your request

Privacy Policy

We, at Global Admit (registered as AMBITARK Overseas Education LLP) understand that your privacy is important to you. We are committed to meeting your expectations and will comply with all applicable privacy and data protection legislation in relation to your personal information and sensitive information.

Below is a summary of how we protect your privacy:

1. We only collect what we need to help you with your request or provide you with information that you ask for, personalising it to your interests.

2. We won’t hang on to your information. If we don’t need it, and you don’t want us to keep it, we’ll delete it.

3. We offer services via third parties wherever required to help support you in your studies overseas. These services include Overseas Student Health Cover (OHSC), accommodation arrangements, internships or job opportunities, immigration queries, referral to guardianship services, visa application services and career skills training. That goes for everyone.

4. We may collect personal information such as your personal and financial information, and health or medical information, however it will be collected only in context to the service you have requested and where required. We may also collect payment information, however Global Admit does not store information like credit card details.

5. We intend to stay in touch with our alumni and support in whatever way we can, as long as you would like to hear from us. Therefore, we will keep your personal information for up to 7 years after commencing your studies or your last activity with us so that we can continue to support you through your journey, unless required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes

6. When the personal information that we collect is no longer required, we will destroy, delete it in a secure manner, unless we are required by law to retain a copy of the personal information.

7. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal information we hold against interference, loss, unauthorised access, use, modification or disclosure, and other misuse. However, you should be aware that if you submit information to us electronically the internet is not a secure environment.

We take reasonable steps to provide a secure channel for receiving information but cannot absolutely protect personal information before it reaches us.
